One-day Orientation on reproductive child rights
Resource persons from the Primary Health Centre, Osur village of Vandavasi, will present a one-day orientation programme from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm at the Panchayat Union school. The programme is organized by Miss .V.Rajareegam, Financial Trustee Rose Trust.

Street Play on Disability in Karunguzhi village
Rose Trust and LAMP cultural teams will conduct this street play between 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm at Karunguzhi village. The objective of the street play is to motivate the rural communities to know various services available in the Government and other service organizations and institutions and to generate awareness on prevention and control of disability in rural level.

Camp for Key Persons with Disability: 28th & July 2007
As part of our community based rehabilitation (CBR) project for persons with disability, we are organizing a two-day camp for key persons with disability. Our CBR workers have identified 57 such persons in Kurinjippadi Block as people who can make a difference to the fellow-disabled if they are properly trained. The chief objective of the 2-day camp is to train them in assisting persons with disability to obtain the government identity card which will open the door for availing various other government services and concessions.
